At home in the A/C on a Saturday afternoon watching "Gene Simmons' Family Jewels"......I'm hooked!
Had my first audition this morning. Very interesting! Not sure how I did.....guess I'll find out at 10am tomorrow morning! Hopefully, I'll be L.A. bound!
Hit the heat yesterday at Fiesta Texas with Elyese and Jules for Elyese's birthday. 105 degrees is very, very hot by the way!

Day 1, Off and Running!
COOL! I'm off and running with my new blog!
Normal day at work today. Sitting in my cubie at lunch. Working on planning my trip for this fall as I eat my left over chicken parmesan from last night. YUM! Ashley (my sister-in-law) and I will be taking a trip to the Pacific Northwest this fall (late Sept., early Oct.). We are so ecstatic!!! We'll be hiking the rain forest and kayaking the Pacific Ocean! It will be so much fun and very relaxing! Will share the itinerary once it's been completed!
Working ongetting in shape for the trip. I've already lost a couple pounds, not much, but well on my way to a successful life change to my diet, nutrition and exercise program. Currently taking two yoga classes and one nia class per week. I Love it!!!
Jordan graduates from high school this Friday! WOW! He was just 2 yesterday! My how time flies! We'll be floatin' the river on Saturday in celebration! COLD water!!!
