Tomorrow begins my ten week journey of Live Healthy Iowa. A group of nine family members have signed up as team Mission Slimpossible and accepted this annual challenge to get healthy. After seven weeks on the road, I have yet to get back to my morning running routine. Cheers us on as we push to reach our goals in the coming weeks!
